The majority of PURAIRTECH's business is transacted with major listed industrial, pharmaceutical and scientific companies.
The projects undertaken from concept, through design, manufacture, installation and handover on a direct basis with the Clients or through their appointed consulting engineers or project managers.
Our business is the treatment of air:
IN PROCESS
We supply and install equipment to reduce high concentration of chemicals in the process e.g. hydrogen sulphide (H2S) or V.O.C.'s down to acceptable levels before emission to atmosphere.
We supply candle type ceramic filter systems for collection of dust particles at high temperature - up to 800°C.
AMBIENT
We treat the air at the facility to make it hot or cold, wet or dry and clean to suit the application.
A significant portion of the business is design, manufacture, supply, installation and maintenance of the air treatment systems for rooms / buildings housing electronic (computer) systems which control the beneficiation or manufacturing process.
Almost every primary industry - be it base and precious metals, chemical,
iron and steel, petroleum, pulp and paper etc., (plus some of the processes
in the military, pharmaceutical and scientific industries) receives or
uses in the process and therefore allows leakage or emits to atmosphere
various chemicals / gases. These gases may be odourous, noxious
or toxic and may also be corrosive.
We at PURAIRTECH have more than twenty years experience in the design and installation of air treatment systems. That is, in the CLEANING part of the air treatment systems, in particular gas phase filtration / scrubbing, AND the air conditioning of PSYCHOMETRICS i.e. control of temperature and relative humidity part of the air treatment system PLUS the inter-relationship between both parts of the air system.
